Open Gentle

These classes include settling in and awareness, gentle warm up, followed by both static postures and sequences designed to build strength, release tension and help to settle the mind so that we can enjoy pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra.

Building on the foundations, each term a new theme/s and sequences are offered in line with the seasons, yoga philosophy, muscle groups or any other focal motif. The carefully thought out sequences bring movement and focus together to create balance and stability, both in the body and mind. The classes are designed in such a way as to reach every level of your being: physical, energetical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Over time these classes help you nurture a greater sense of self-awareness and develop a sense of satisfaction as you feel your practice evolve.
